Our silage films are produced in a hygiene-certified, multi-layer blown extrusion process.
In the manufacturing process, approximately ten different raw materials are melted in five extruders and blown to a film. Each of raw materials has an unique property such as UV-stability, tack characteristics, resistance to tearing.
Blown film, by design, provides strength in both transverse and machine direction, assuring a secure, consistent wrap for every bale and are suitable as agricultural stretch film for wrapping round and square bales
Longer Length for Higher Efficiency
We can reduce the film thickness from 25um to 22um without compromising too much on puncture and tear resistance.
Developed for film on film combi wrappers, this is also a 5-layer film, with 22um thickness and with 13% more reel length at a whopping 1700m length.
The 22um silage wrap has been designed to offer you the best value for your money.Depending on the number of layers applied, this could mean an additional 3 bales are wrapped for each reel used. The extra filmlength also saves time as it means fewer reel changes.

The packaging is Individually boxed and stacked on wooden pallets. Our products come on plastic cores which never vary in quality, as they do not absorb moisture.
