Overview of pasture film: As the most advanced silage technology packaging product in the world, pasture film has been widely used in Europe, the United States, Australia and other countries and regions and has more than ten years of mature experience. Our company usually has white, black Grass films are available in three colors: green and green.
The grass film developed and produced by our company uses imported linear low-density polyethylene, metallocene polyethylene, etc. as the main raw materials, and is processed by three-layer co-extrusion casting equipment using unique formula and technology.
Commonly used sizes (accept customization):
25cm*25um*1500m/1800m
50cm*25um*1500m/1800m
75cm*25um*1500m
Color: white green black (accept customization)
Packaging: 1 roll/carton
Features:
1. The surface of the film is sticky and has good adhesion between layers. The packaging is impermeable to oxygen and water, forming an internal anaerobic environment to reduce spoilage.
2. The film has sufficient strength, including: tensile strength, tear resistance and puncture resistance, to ensure that the grass is not damaged during the silage process and maintain an anaerobic environment.
3. The film is soft, resistant to low temperatures, and will not become brittle or freeze cracked in cold environments.
4. The film is opaque to ensure low light transmittance and avoid heat accumulation.
5. Long service life, the packaged bales can be stored outdoors.
6. Stable in nature and resistant to sunlight (ultraviolet) damage (exposure to the outdoors for two years).
7. The reasonable ratio of low-temperature triggering agent ensures that fermentation spoilage is within three thousandths.
8. High load holding capacity (keep the package firm).
Advantages of pasture silage:
1. Low investment, quick results, and high comprehensive benefits.
2. Silage has good quality, high crude protein content, low crude fiber content, high digestibility, good palatability and aromatic smell, which can greatly improve the quality and yield of livestock meat and milk.
3. There is very little loss and waste, and mildew loss and feeding loss are greatly reduced.
4. Long storage and shelf life.
5. It is not affected by seasons, sunshine, rainfall and groundwater, and can be stacked in the open air.
6. Easy to store and easy to feed.
7. It is conducive to transportation and commercialization. Waste stretch films can be recycled, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and no liquid leaks into the ground.
Instructions for use of silage special film:
1. During the use of silage film, it should not be over-stretched. The recommended stretching ratio is: 50-70%.
2. When wrapping silage, the last layer of film should cover 50% of the previous layer of film and wrap tightly. After wrapping, the tail end should be inserted into the film layer of the straw bale. It is recommended to wrap 3-4 layers comprehensively.
3. If the surface of the silage bales is obviously damaged after being wrapped, it is recommended to seal it with appropriate tape immediately.
4. Silage bales cannot be rolled on the ground for transport, and must be kept away from toxic chemicals.
5. Silage bales should be stored away from plants and livestock, and should be checked frequently to see if they have been bitten by rodents such as mice. If any damage is found, it should be sealed immediately with appropriate tape.
6. When putting the silage film on the machine, check whether the upper and lower end surfaces are damaged. Small end surface damage can cause the film to be interrupted during use.
7. Unused silage film should be stored in a cool, dark environment and protected from moisture and surface mechanical damage.
